HOW DO I SETUP SyncQ

Find out the detail steps for installing and using SyncQ to sync your 
Google Workspace Gmail with QuickBooks Online.

1. Get SyncQ 

Download SyncQ from Google Workspace Marketplace from the following Link*. Install as Google Workspace Admin or from your Gmail account. Login to SyncQ from SyncQ app inside Gmail. Schedule an online meeting with SyncQ support for FREE assistance.



2. Connect QuickBooks

Login into your SyncQ account from SyncQ app from Gmail. Alternately goto MyAccount using your Google Workspace user email id.
Click Green Connect to QuickBooks button.
After authorization, your QuickBooks company name will show in Green color.



3. View Receivables Inside Gmail

Login to your Gmail account. On right on SyncQ tab, you can now access QuickBooks records without logging into QuickBooks. You can create Customer, Vendor, Estimate, Invoice and Salesreceipt.
